These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online platform of MALI SAINI SAMAJ VIKASH SANSTHAN MERTA ROAD ("the Society", "we", "us"), located at Merta Road, Nagaur, Rajasthan. By registering as a member, logging in, or making any contribution or donation through this platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & Contributions

The platform is used to manage community membership and to collect voluntary monthly contributions and donations for the welfare of the Mali (Saini) community. Members agree to pay the monthly contribution amount recorded for their membership. Contribution amounts are set by the Society and may be updated from time to time.

2. Payments

Online payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By making a payment you authorise the applicable charge. Where you enable UPI Autopay, you authorise a recurring auto-debit of your monthly contribution amount, which is charged on or around the 3rd of each month until you cancel the mandate. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Auto-Pay Cancellation

You may cancel UPI Autopay at any time from your member dashboard, or by contacting the Society. Cancellation stops future auto-debits; it does not reverse contributions already collected. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login OTP confidential, and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Use of Funds

Contributions and donations are used for the Society's stated purposes, including education support, emergency welfare, and community activities, at the discretion of the Society's committee.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Society is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Payment processing is additionally subject to the terms and policies of Razorpay.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagaur, Rajasthan.
