MALI SAINI SAMAJ VIKASH SANSTHAN MERTA ROAD ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our platform.
We collect information you or the Society provide for membership: name, mobile number, area/address, date of birth, and an optional photograph. For payments, we collect transaction references and status. We do not collect or store your card, bank account, or UPI PIN details.
All payments are processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay, which is a PCI-DSS compliant processor. Sensitive payment credentials are handled directly by Razorpay under their privacy and security policies. We only store the payment reference, amount, method, and status needed to maintain your contribution ledger and issue receipts.
We use your information to maintain membership records, track and reconcile contributions, issue receipts, generate your membership card, and communicate society-related updates.
Your mobile number is used to send a one-time password (OTP) for secure login. A session cookie is used to keep you logged in; it is not used for advertising or tracking.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with our payment processor (Razorpay) to process payments, and where required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and protected sessions, to secure your data. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the Society. Membership records required for the Society's accounts may be retained as needed.
