This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to contributions and donations made to MALI SAINI SAMAJ VIKASH SANSTHAN MERTA ROAD through this platform.
Monthly membership contributions and donations are voluntary and are used for the welfare of the community. As these amounts are credited to the Society's fund and are generally applied to community purposes, contributions and donations are non-refundable once utilised.
You may cancel your UPI Autopay mandate at any time from your member dashboard (Autopay → Disable), or by contacting the Society. Once cancelled, no further automatic debits will occur. Cancellation does not apply to payments already completed.
If you believe a payment was charged in error, or you were charged more than once for the same period, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the payment reference and date. On verification of a genuine error or duplicate charge, an eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank).
Send your refund request with the transaction ID / receipt number, date, amount, and reason to the Society using the details below or via our Contact page. We will respond and resolve verified requests as quickly as possible.
